Meet Karen

Karen Jensen has been providing competent Real Estate transaction services to buyers and sellers alike for nearly three decades. Whether the task is to guide a first-time buyer through the unfamiliar process of choosing a starter condo, assisting transferees in their “Real Estate Dream” of moving to Victoria, or representing retirees in the sale of their home, Karen has seen it all. Karen enjoys her work so much that she considers herself to have “the best job in the world!” As she has said many times, “Every day is different. There is never a dull moment and certainly there is never any boredom in this fast-paced career!”

At least eighty percent of Karen’s business is either repeat business, or by referral from past clients, or from other RE/MAX agents across North America, thanks to the highly-developed RE/MAX referral network. Due to her twenty-six years with the RE/MAX organization, Karen has many REALTOR® associates in other centres who refer their clients to her. Referral business occurs due to corporate or military transfers, retirement re-location, or estate settlement, to name just a few examples.

A consistent top-producer, who restricts her practice to residential sales only, Karen is a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club, as well as a recipient of the Victoria Real Estate Board MLS® Gold Award and the Special Gold Award. In years past, Karen has “paid her dues” to the industry, by serving on a number of committees and task forces at the Victoria Real Estate Board and is a past Chair of the Victoria and area RE/MAX Group Advertising Committee. Karen is the fortunate parent of two active teenage boys, Jake and Alex, who are her pride and joy.
