Description

This park is located in the quiet beachfront community of Little River located within 15 minutes of both Courtenay and Comox and within 10 minutes of all the major shopping surrounding Costco etc. The park sits on a perfectly flat parcel of land measuring just under 8 acres. It is within very easy walking distance of the beach and is a 55+ age group park that does not allow pets at the present time. The park is on regional water and also has its own septic systems. There are 13 septic systems in total that serve the park. There has been regular maintenance carried out on the septic with each system getting pumped out every two years. The park consists of 59 pads and some on site recreational storage as well as an additional storage building presently used by the owners.
